Mediator Release Testing to Identify Food Sensitivities

Migraines?  Chronic rash?  Diarrhea?  Joint pain?  The LEAP Program (Lifestyle, Eating and Performance) is a program that utilizes Mediator Release Testing (MRT) to help individuals stop suffering from food sensitivities and start living again.

When we are sensitive to certain foods, our bodies react by releasing pro-inflammatory mediators that cause symptoms.  Food sensitivities are implicated in many disease states and symptoms can be mild to severe in nature.  People often suspect food as a culprit but have difficulty isolating the cause.

MRT takes the guesswork out of it and offers a scientific approach to detecting food sensitivities.  Watch this short video that explains how MRT works.  The LEAP Program is a “custom-made” eating plan that has been used by people with GERD, IBS, joint pain, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, and even by professional and college athletes.  It is a drug free approach to managing symptoms . . . and there’s something to be said for that!
